Terms of Service

By accessing casaandcovisa.com or engaging Casa & Co. Visa Concierge ("Casa & Co.", "we", "us") for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Casa & Co. provides Schengen visa concierge services, including:

• Initial consultation and case assessment
• Document review and preparation
• VFS appointment booking
• Application submission support
• Application tracking
• Document and passport delivery

We are NOT a law firm. We do NOT provide legal advice. Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the relevant consulate, and we cannot guarantee approval.

• Service fees are quoted per case after the initial consultation
• Consulate fees and VFS service fees are NOT included in our fees and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities
• All Casa & Co. service fees are due before commencement of application processing
• Service fees are non-refundable once application processing has begun
• Payment is processed via secure third-party providers (bank transfer, Stripe, or other agreed methods)

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation
• Respond promptly to requests for additional information
• Disclose any prior visa refusals, criminal records, or immigration issues
• Comply with all applicable consulate and VFS requirements

Misrepresentation may result in service termination, consulate refusal, and potential legal consequences for which Casa & Co. bears no responsibility.

Casa & Co. is not responsible for consulate refusal decisions. Visa decisions are made solely by consular authorities based on their internal criteria.

In the event of a refusal, we offer:

• Free analysis of refusal grounds
• Discounted fee for re-application support

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the service fees actually paid by you for the specific case in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost travel bookings, missed events, or emotional distress
• We are not liable for delays caused by consulates, VFS, courier services, or other third parties

We treat all client information as strictly confidential, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All content on casaandcovisa.com (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Casa & Co. and protected by applicable copyright laws. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Dubai.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
